The
Roxby Downs Sun was established in 1988 when
the town of Roxby Downs came into existence to cater
for the needs of workers at the Olympic Dam Mine
(Australia’s biggest underground mine). Roxby
Downs has the State’s second highest income
per head of population, as well as the equal highest
birth rate in South Australia.
The Roxby Downs Sun is delivered to every home in
Roxby Downs and is also available in Woomera, Andamooka,
Pimba as well as other towns and stations across
